Kelapa Gading, Jakarta - GBI Mawar Saron Jakarta expressed gratitude to God for the implementation of the Christmas Service which took place with joy, peace, and togetherness on December 25, 2025 at 09.00 Western Indonesia Time. In this meaningful momentum, GBI Mawar Saron Jakarta together with the Pastor of the Session, Pdt. Yohannes Nahuway, M.Th., received an honour visit from a group of officials of the North Jakarta Administrative City Government who were present as an official envoy from the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Dr. Ir. Pramono Anung Wibowo, M.M.
The group of officials is led directly by Hendra Hidayat, as the Mayor of the North Jakarta Administration, and accompanied by the ranks of regional leaders who are members of the Coordination Forum for the Administrative City Leaders (Forkopimko) of North Jakarta, namely:
– Bapak Hendra Hidayat, S.IP., M.A., Wali Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara.
– Mr. Dony Gredinand, S.H., M.Tr. (Han)., M.I.Pol., Commander of Military District 0502/North Jakarta.
– Mr. Erick Frendriz, S.I.K., M.Si., North Jakarta Metro Resort Police Chief.
– Mr. Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney.
– Mr. Budhy Novian, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta Pamong Praja Police Unit.
– Mrs. Anita Permata Sari, S.Sos., M.Si., Head of Kelapa Gading.
– Mr. Sarmudi, S.IP., Village Head of Pegangsaan Dua.
In his speech, the Mayor of the Administrative City of North Jakarta conveyed greetings, Christmas greetings, and respectful greetings from the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to all GBI Mawar Saron Jakarta congregations. He also expressed his appreciation and respect to the Pastor of the Assembly, the Elders, Deacons, and all the congregations who attended the Christmas Service.
The Mayor emphasised that the presence of the leaders of the North Jakarta Administrative City is a form of the government's attention, love, and affection for the community. He expressed his joy because the Christmas celebration at GBI Mawar Saron Jakarta can take place safely, quietly, and peacefully, and become a moment of happiness for the entire congregation and their families.
In the closing of his speech, Mr. Mayor conveyed his prayers and hopes that the Loving God will always bestow happiness, peace, and safety on all congregations, both in this life and in the future. He also invited all the congregation to continue to maintain harmony, unity, and the spirit of togetherness in the midst of community life.
The presence of the North Jakarta Administrative City Government as a messenger from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in this Christmas Service is a real proof of the good synergy between the church and the government, as well as a joint commitment to maintain a peaceful, tolerant, and harmonious atmosphere in the North Jakarta region.
