Bible Reading : Proverbs 24:3-4
Verse of Reflection : Psalm 127:1
“If it is not the LORD who builds the house, the labour of those who build it is in vain; if it is not the LORD who guards the city, in vain is the watchman."
Many people live their lives with good intentions, hard work, and high spirit, but still feel tired and do not experience meaningful progress. The problem is not the lack of effort, but the lack of the right order. The Bible teaches that life is not built by chance, but by wisdom. Life without a system will be defeated by the system, because the world moves with regularity and principles that cannot be ignored.
Proverbs 24:3-4 emphasises that houses are built with wisdom, established with understanding, and filled with knowledge. The house symbolises all aspects of life: faith, family, work, and the future. Wisdom gives direction, understanding gives stability, and knowledge fills life with meaningful value. Without these three, life becomes fragile and easily collapsed by pressure and change.
True life governance does not start from the results, but from the way of thinking. Wisdom helps a person prioritise, manage time, and make wise decisions. The understanding of keeping the steps balanced, while knowledge ensures that every endeavour runs effectively. An organised life does not rely on luck, but obedience to God's principles.
God wants the lives of His people not only to survive, but to grow and bear fruit. A system built on divine wisdom will produce continuous steadfastness and abundance. A properly managed life will be able to stand firm in the midst of changing times.
